The ready position is when you position yourself for an exercise. It is a position in which you stand in that allows conection
between the head, neck, shoulders, hips, knees and feet alined in one row.
The correct way for this position:
* Neck placed back.
* Shoulders down.
* Stomach supported.
* Butt supported.
* Thighs, knee's and calves tightly together.
* Feet in first position.
* Heels tightly together.
* And last arms placed in first with hands soft, cheek width apart.
